- Caitlin Smith is a regular contributor on the Capital Cooking blog. Upon moving to D.C. in 2007, Caitlin made it her goal to find a favorite restaurant in every part of the city. Having largely accomplished this goal, she loves recommending new finds to friends (especially restaurants with a good dessert).
